We have been busy this fall working on an incredibly exciting project – opening our newest Euphora Health Clinic in Cedar Park, Texas! We opened the doors in November and had a great Grand Opening celebration with friends, family, and patients.
In addition to our Austin Clinic, we are now open and accepting new patients at our Cedar Park Clinic. Cedar Park is an ideal location for many of our new and existing patients, with easy access to a nearby freeway and a hub for many businesses and employers. We have a large percentage of patients who reside and/or work in northwest Austin, as well as employers with employees and dependents who participate in our Direct Primary Care Plan for Companies.
Having multiple clinics has been a long-time plan for Euphora Health, and opening our second clinic has been a rewarding journey. Accessibility is something we take pride in, and continually providing patients with more options when it comes to physicians and physical locations is a priority for us.
Telemedicine and virtual DPC provide a wealth of benefits and provide ease of access, but many patients sometimes need or want a physical visit with their primary physician. Procedures, labs, face-to-face communication – whatever the reason, we want to ensure our patients can easily access their provider and necessary services. Multiple clinic locations does just that: creates ease of access which, in turn, provides a stronger relationship between patient and provider.
One of the most notable benefits of our Cedar Park Clinic is our Primary Care Physician, Dr. April Calderon. We are grateful to have such a compassionate and well-rounded physician on our team. Patients will now have the option to work with a female physician with extensive knowledge and experience in women’s health, as well as many other areas. Dr. Calderon and her Medical Assistant, Martha Studer, at the Cedar Park location are both proficient in Spanish, which adds another layer of accessibility.
