Same day or Next Day Office Visits (M-F)

For acute issues after the initial consultation

Unhurried, 30-60 Minute Appointments

Longer appointments allow you to tell your story (uninterrupted) and your doctor to explain your treatment plan.

Routine Gynecological Care

In addition to offering Pap smears, we can perform annual exams and address common issues of vaginal discharge, bleeding, or pelvic pain.

Tests

Most in-house tests are provided at no extra cost. Most routine send-out labs are priced at $5.

Splinting of Minor Fractures

We can splint sprains and fractures in the office, and our supplies are offered to you at cost.

Medications and/or Prescriptions

We default to prescribing low-cost medications and can usually find chronic medications at relatively low costs. We also use coupon-based apps that can help you find the lowest-cost medications.

Surgeries

Minor surgeries like skin-lesion removal or foreign-body removal are included. We help guide you to low-cost and high-value resources when you require a surgery from a specialist.

Guidance to Low-cost Resources

We can help you save money by guiding you toward low-cost imaging like MRIs, CTs, Ultrasounds, and X-rays—in addition to outside-clinic procedures.

Care Coordination

We follow up with specialists to track changes to your treatment plan and to minimize test duplication. Hospital follow-up is provided, as well.

Annual Wellness Evaluations

We are happy to see you to discuss wellness and prevention and can even conduct this visit via telemedicine if a physical exam isn’t required.

Follow-up Office Visits

These are included at no extra cost and can take place by phone or by virtual DPC, when appropriate.

Acute and Urgent Care

Cuts, breaks and coughs can be taken care of by a physician who knows you.

Wound Care

Most burns, lacerations, and bites can be taken care of in the office.

Well Child Visits

We follow the American Academy of Pediatric’s guidelines for well child visits.

School/Camp/Sports Physicals

All school/camp/sports physicals are included at no extra cost.

Vital Signs Tracking Mobile App

We use  phone app that can track your blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight.

Preventive Care

We offer preventive care, including Pap smears, vaccines, and blood tests.
